Not telling DH when I feel ill.

Last week I suffered from chest pains which also went in my back. I've had an ECG and blood tests these came back clear, the advice given by a&e is to take antiacids if they come back and to see my GP. I have an appointment booked for Friday 3rd August first one I could get as this is not in there eyes an emergency. Which I agree with.
These pains have been getting worse in the last few days. Tonight DH has seen me take 4 tablets which doesn't ease the pain. I am now taking up to 16 a day. He is now upset that I'm not telling him when I feel ill. I don't like fuss and hate it when he keeps asking if I'm alright.
I know he cares and he does get worried about me. But am I right to not say anything or should I keep telling him.

Good.

In which case, ignore my suggestion re Ranitidine.

Hope you feel better soon, and that your dh is able support you in a way that both of you are comfortable with.

I was fine with the Naproxen and omneprazole, and have got a highly sensitive stomach.

Hope you're soon on the mend.

I don’t have a sensitive stomach and naproxen with omeprazole caused me excruciating pain so I guess it depends how you react! It’s now on my notes never to prescribe me naproxen.

My DP asks me if I’m okay every 5 minutes too... I usually end up saying I will be if you stop asking me every 30 seconds. I get he cares but it’s really fraustrating. Fingers crossed the tablets work
