Some men are odd. I havent yet met a woman who is other than irritated -albeit occasionally briefly amused - by having rampant or flabby dong pics posted to them. I favour the explanation that this is a power play, as with in real life flashing, but I suppose it is possible that, if there is a small proportion of women who would react positively, who are perhaps interested in casual sex and want to see a dick pic before they commit, then it would save the guys a lot of time to just send dick pics out to everyone, rather than to try and work out who wants to receive them.

I remember seeing this disturbing YouTube video of a guy approaching complete strangers and asking them for sex. Out of a hundred approaches he was rejected the vast majority of the time, but he received a yes more than once. If you send out one hundred unsolicited pictures you only need one positive response to make it worth your while.
