Vinegar smell in DD's room! Worried!

Hi

I've just been to check on DD (2yo) and when I opened the door I was hit by a strong smell of spur vinegar. It's horrid!

I don't know what could be causing it so now I'm obviously worrying!

Any ideas? It's nowhere else in the house.

I have a 5yo and his feet stink of vinegar when he comes from school in this heat.
