Hogweed or giant hogweed and dangerous? ASAP plz

As above does anyone know if this is giant hogweed?? BBy has just grabbed it from pram

Cow parsley is fairly easy - that's the first one to come out in April/May, it isn't that tall and the flowers are fine and delicate, all along the roadside.

Giant hogweed is easy too - it's like an alien freak species it's so enormous.
