Pissed off with PT?

Basically he changed my times to suit his new clients. It got to the point that I said I was cancelling our contract as the times weren’t working for me.

He’s then changed them back.

Yet fast forward 1 month and he’s started doing it again. Aibu to be pissed off?

No, YNBU. Mine did this occasionally, I think it was because I wasn’t working so was flexible with times. Was still a bit of an annoyance though. I packed in due to financial reasons and now I work shifts so can’t commit to the same day/time each week. If I go back, I’ll have to ask for the same flexibility.

They do this all the time. So many people I know don't bother using them anymore because they are so unreliable. In the last few years the industry has became so competitive that they will do anything to accommodate new clients.

There was a very similar thread about a year back - it seems like it’s a common problem. Tell him straight that when you book a time, you expect him to stick to it. There’s no point in busting a gut to get new clients if you can’t be arsed to work to retain the ones you already have. Remind him that there are plenty of other trainers out there and that, if he doesn’t want your business, maybe YOU will be the new client another trainer is ditching his regulars for.

I’ve been with him over a year and I’m just fed up of having to fight for sessions.

If he doesn’t accommodate me this week then I’ll just quit.

I work flexible hours so he thinks he can put me in whenever fits around his other clients.
