To think fireworks at 12.45 a.m. is definitely unreasonable?

YANBU we have a rave happening on one of the roads surrounding us and it's loud. Far too late at this time of night Angry

I thought 23.00 was the legal latest, with exceptions for bonfire night and New Years

Not in Liverpool, in London and I've got exactly the same problem

I can see your point BUT....someones obviously celebrating. With all the shit going on in the world at the moment I think thats a lovely thing. its a saturday night and (hopefully) a one off. Enjoy watching them Flowers

I’m in Staffordshire and we’ve got fireworks going off now (1am) - why?!

Bibesia · 01/07/2018 01:05

I can't see them from where I am, so I can't enjoy watching them. I'm very happy for people to celebrate, but is there really any reason why they could not have done so at least two hours earlier?

We have them here tomorrow at the end of Canada Day. Midnight means it’s just about dark enough to see them.

May be completely irrelevant/ for a totally different reason. But we live in Liverpool, haven't heard any fireworks round our way, but there has been a fair few of what seems like parties going on today. Loud music playing, a lot of alcohol being consumed. (I know the weather is nice, but it seemed like more than just because of the good weather today).
As I said, may be completely unrelated.. (ponders and has some more Chardonnay Wine)
