I store them in my phone and make a note on our calendar at home. But then I freak out and worry I've missed it, or have forgotten to put it in.

DS starts school soon and I also change my hours so I need to keep on top of things.

So... what do you do?

I use Cozi too; as Batinahat says it's really good because appointments are all allocated to a particular person (or more), so you can quickly see what DD2 has got planned etc.

However, I find that it doesn't work well on iPhones (which the DCs have, and now DH), so it's only me that really uses it, which defeats the object.

Does Google Calendar work well on iPhones? I might be persuaded to change.

I only have me, DH and DS who is almost 4. I tend to take charge of family events/appointments then have appointments for myself.

Have just found a transparent widget app on Android that does what I need and sits on my homescreen showing me the next few appointments but also ordered a paper diary too

We also use Cozi - love it.

DH travels a lot so he puts his travel in Kayak so I can see where he is, whether his flight is late, etc.

Google calendar with reminders on each important entry

I'm looking for a 5 year (paper) diary at the moment.

Fuck knows why, but I'll just feel more organised with one.
