My curly hair, once luscious, has now turned into a dry fest.

The curls are fine, but I get far more frizz on top.

Any thoughts on best oils etc to use BETWEEN shampooing and conditioning?

Everyone keeps telling you about the curlybgirl method! Try it, it works.

Maybe it will for the OP - but I found I couldn't cope with it myself. My hair took hours to dry and always felt icky and full of some product or other. I don't know how people manage with the CG method. I use sulphate free stuff, but that's about all I can manage. Sad

Frizzy hair is unreasonable though.

I’m a lube girl to combat frizz. I also co-wash, and avoid silicones.

I use avon shine spray. It works like serum on my hair but is SOOOOOOO much lighter.
