To ask for help with garden boundaries

I've posted before about my annoying neighbours.

Last year I added a 3ft willow screening around the existing metal fence but it didn't give us the privacy I had hoped for (we really can't afford to buy a proper fence so that's not an option)

I now want to add trellis for some more height, that I can grow plants on for more privacy (on the right side only)

Am I legally allowed to though??

I'm looking at the deeds but I don't understand if we own the fence or not, I just cannot make out what it says.. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Line of fence?

AviatorShades · 11/06/2018 14:34

Might be worth asking the q. on the Garden Law site? They're shit hot thereSmile
and yes, I think that says line of fence.

Fluffyunicorns · 11/06/2018 14:36

What Sream says - L of fence - line of fence
Are there any marks on the line anywhere they normally show which side owns the fence by which way they point?

Fluffyunicorns · 11/06/2018 14:40

My deeds have a T mark on the side which owns the boundary - I my case all 4 sides of the plot as the house was built as an infill

LittleMermaidRose · 11/06/2018 19:40

Doesn't seem to be any other markings. Perhaps it's shared?
