Just wondering where I stand really, renting house for last year always pay in full on time etc. The boiler had broken 4 times this year and always we have to chase and chase agent and landlord to get it fixed. I’m now 22 weeks pregnant and have a 22 month old. We have had a leaking non working boiler for two weeks now. We have had to chase fand chase the agent and a excellent. A landlord to get it fixed. A dggqwwcx. Z plumber came out after a week but didn’t fix it as said new boiler needed. Landlord then stated they would need to get a few quotes and woussfsxxxxAXyld

Never withhold your rent. Shelter are really good, either contact them or Citizen’s Advice Bureau and they will be able to advise what you need to do.

No don't withold rent because you will earmarked as a trouble maker and more than likely when your contract is up for renewal your LL will ask you to leave.

he's your LL not a magician. Plumbers/heating engineers are not always easy to sort out and pin down, I was without heating/hot water a few months ago because my boiler had a problem and frustrating as it was, it took a while to sort out.
