I have been out of work since birth of 1st dc in end of 2015. I had this dc with ex who I split with during pregnancy and subsequently had a court order stating contact which he has since changed due to many different jobs on his end. I have been flexible throughout as I would have to handle the majority of childcare which wouldn't be cost efficient on my end.
I have since had DC2 with current fiancé and due to marry very shortly. In between my dm was very ill and died and DP was made redundant so the decision was made that he would stay at home to look after the children and I would go back to work full time.
I have been offered a full time post with good opportunity for progression and pension schemes etc
... so WIBU to tell ex that I am going back to work and cannot personally facilitate handover in the mornings (he would normally come at 10am) but can do evening pick ups (after work) and DP will be minding the children (although dc1 does go to preschool for 2 sessions a week)?

yes, it's fine.

notaspornerhonest · 05/06/2018 17:51

To be clear . He has broken the court order by switching jobs constantly
with shift patterns all over the place meaning no week is the same regarding contact.

@user546425732 thank you I didn't think it was too big a deal but ex tends to make a huge deal of everything.

Thinking best way to tell him is via text so I have written evidence , although he likes to intimidate me via any Channel.
