To book DS an extra session at nursery because I’m shattered?

I’m run down and in pain (chronic health condition) so have booked DS (26 months) an extra day at nursery this week. I’m already feeling guilty because it’s our time together that I should be enjoying every second of 😭

I have days off in the week (work some weekends instead) and frequently keep DS in nursery on those days so I have chance to recharge. Those days are bliss! I vmcan get stuff done round the house or just go out shopping/for lunch. No guilt.

I'm doing this today. I'm so run down and getting irritable. In the end it's better for both of us. No guilt here. Do it and enjoy.
