Sat on the train. Pregnant woman gets on the train, looks at the empty seat next to me and says 'I'm pregnant, can I sit here?' - I gave her a bit of a bewildered look as the seat was totally empty, my bag wasn't on it, not sure what her being pregnant has to do with it! Of course I said 'sure'. She then proceeded to lift up her top and rub cream all over her belly. Found this really quite odd but each to their own. Few weird looks from the carriage. Then the pregnancy notes came out which she started fanning herself with (and is still fanning herself with), in the process fanning me also and wafting my hair in my face. I'm currently ignoring this as understand that she's probably very hot. She felt the need to tell me 'sorry, I'm pregnant' so she's aware that she's potentially being a bit annoying. Thing is, I'm pregnant too, and finding myself to be the most irritable, cranky woman on earth at the moment. WIBU to ask her to stop fanning my face or would this be incredibly rude of me? AIBU to even be irritated by this woman or am I just a massive grouch?!

@Kursk don't know where you live but this isn't normal for my train! Most pregnant women just get on and sit down like anyone else Confused

I am a Brit who moved to the US, I live 20 ish miles from the nearest village, 7 miles from a tarmac road.

Haven’t used public transport for years, just remember it being crap.
