So many women manage to look so effortlessly put together and glamorous.. I am a constant scruff ball.

What is the secret, ladies?!?!

Poise. I know that sounds old fashioned but not having slumped shoulders or sticking your elbows on the table. Holding your chin up a bit. Not talking with your mouth full of food. Listening or at least pretending to listen well. Wearing decent shoes and never flashing cracked heels!
