I suppose I ought to be grateful that they get themselves up and to school on time in the mornings but how about switching off your alarm clocks when you go away overnight?!?!

And I've had a really crap night in any case because of the heat, I was awake at 2 and at 4, and now I'm awake again! I can't take sleepless nights any more

Me, yesterday, 5:47am. I feel your pain.
Cat had me up at 3:30 today, though, so really the teen is easier.

Urgh that's so annoying. I'll never forget when the guy whose room was next to mine in halls in the first year of university went away for the weekend, leaving his alarm on. It went off on the other side of the paper thin wall every 15 minutes. It was like being tortured!! And of course the front desk didn't have a key for his room Hmm

Car alarms wind me up too. DP can sleep happily through them Angry

DD's flight back from her holiday due to land yesterday in early hours of morning so I ordered a cab to meet her with cab company I have an account with. Gave them DD's mobile for contact.

So at 2am my mobile wakes me up. It's the cab driver ringing the wrong number to let me know he is waiting at arrivals. Thanks for waking me up, now could you ring my daughter who you are actually picking up??

Gahhhh! Angry
