To think in the FUCKING MODERN AGE that when you switch companies you won’t be left without broadband!!!

The switch was done BY the company, they’re the ones that let my old company know!

I would FUCKING OBVIOUSLY have had my old company disconnect my broadband tomorrow and my new one start today.

So there’s no internet to do my accounts and no fucking tv until “up til midnight tonight”

Just fuck off Talk Talk and BT - motherfuckers

They are all bastards. Talk talk are still trying to bill me for a service they never bothered to turn up and install..Plusnet tried to charge me up front for a service they hadn't put in yet..then told me I would have no Internet for 2 weeks. ..I run a business from home!

Frankly they can all go suck Satan's cock.

Loteryslent my morning on the phone shouting at BT so I hear you! We switched to them from Post Office just a couple of weeks ago cos PO service was crap. Alls been fine until this morning I came out of my house and found someone had pulled all the wires out of the front of the house!! I thought it was vandals at first and called the police, but looked again and it was too professional. So after an hour on the phone asking to be escalated they've finally accepted responsibility they pulled our line out cos there was a fault! No letter, no phone call, just randomly pulled our cables out at 8am in the morning. So regretting switching. How the hell did we put a man on the moon but we can't get working broadband Angry

I knew some people who switched to talk talk and were without Wi-Fi for 4 months! Talk talk customer service was absolutely shocking and nothing got sorted until they were finally able to contact the ombudsmen.

I will not be without wi fi for four months. If he doesn’t fix it today then I am going back to BT by 6pm tonight.

I don’t give a tiny FUCK about being pursued for money. I will have my direct debit cancelled and let them sue me.

I switched from talk talk to sky and talk talk disconnected me at 12 midnight and sky had me up and running my lunch time.

Happened to us. We had no internet for three days. I was very pissed off and threatened to go back to my old company but apparently it's not just as simple as them flicking a switch back on as they've handed the codes over to the new company (don't understand it any more than that and it was a few years ago)

I was angry that I was paying for a service that I wasn't getting but I could live without the internet for a few days - my teenagers were less than pleased!

The company didn't care.

Hope you get it sorted.

Another one who has spent the morning on the phone to BT after getting a bill triple what I usually pay.

First he said I'd changed my package (did no such thing ) and then he said that it was back payment I owed as they hadn't billed me.

I said that's funny as I clearly remember both receiving and paying said bills AND getting a late letter as they assured me I'd set up a Direct Debit with them and it didn't go through their end.

Apparently I haven't paid due to a system error their end so now I've got to go back through all my paperwork and prove that I have been paying them because the moneys come out of my account. Jesus Fucking Christ you'd think this wouldn't be this hard in the digital age!!!

So the lovely BT openreach guy comes out and says of course talk talk had not switched it over properly. He had it fixed in 5 minutes and said he would also have switched from BT at those prices!

So happy to have it working even though I had to cancel my hair appointment and now I have to go on holiday looking like widow twankey.
