Anyone else have that Sunday feeling?

It's that time of the week again...

I feel down, in mourning for the weekend. Here we go again - another 5 days of work, dinner, sleep, Work, etc etc.

Work isn't even that bad when I'm there, the feeling on Sunday evenings is the worst bit.

Anyone else feeling the same.

I used to hate Sunday evenings but I've got a lot better about it since I started making more of an effort to do things during the evenings in the week - cinema, dinner etc. Not sure if that's an option for you!

For a change no! I feel bored. I might go to bed. I think I'm broken Hmm

MrsLaurac · 20/05/2018 20:38

Yes, i hate sunday nights.
I am starting a new job soon so hopefully won't feel so dreadful.

Martinimonster · 20/05/2018 20:39

Me too op. I'm mega doomed up. One sleep away from another groundhog day week filled with work, cooking, cleaning, school runs and supermarket runs.
We went to the seaside today and it was so peaceful and lovely. There was a house looking on to the sea front and the old man was out in his garden and I just thought wow I would love this lifestyle.
I don't like my job but I do it because it pays well and it fits around school hours. I can't get another job like that around here.
I just feel so bloody deflated at the thought of another week of shit.

SolarSearcher · 20/05/2018 21:00

Yeah 😒.

Just had a week and a half off, and back to work tomorrow.
Fab weather, days out here and there, doing some work in the garden, then sitting out in it afterwards with a beer. .simple but nice things.
I know I have to sort my breakfast and lunch out yet, but my body is refusing to move.

@Angie169 so sorry 💐

LemonysSnicket · 20/05/2018 22:09

Yep. I get set so much work that I'm meant to have the time for at work, but never do, so it's always a Sunday scramble to get the shit done. I just want my weekend to be my fucking weekend.

Whisky2014 · 20/05/2018 22:11
