Am I being pushed out?!

We are a team of 3. Around 6 weeks ago 2 of us asked for a raise, at the same time and with the same reasons and evidence to back us up. Last week the other person was given confirmation of a significant raise. Yesterday we heard that one of the 3 of us will be made redundant. When I asked why I had not heard back about the raise but my teammate had I was told all negotiations are put on hold.

Around the time I asked for a raise I was also diagnosed with depression and anxiety and started to work from home more often. Everyone in the company is entitled to do this as long as they inform their managers so I wasn't getting any special adjustments made.

My AIBU is - AIBU to think that this is very convenient and I may be being pushed out?

Well if they're making one of you redundant then there's a 1 in 3 chance it'll be you. If they've given the other person a raise then they must value them & so they'll likely be kept. That makes the decision between you and the other person (who didn't asked for a raise) so unless they know for certain they want to keep you & not the other then it makes sense to not award you a raise too. It doesn't mean you'll be for the chop, just that they don't know yet. And the working from home won't count against you if its open to all, unless there's a need for your position to be in the office.
Don't jump to conclusions just yet, but use the time to look at your CV just in case.

Thanks - probably just worried and jumping to conclusions.

Good advice from PP to be prepared and update your cv now, as it's a 50-50 chance and only you know if your colleague, who didn't ask for a raise, and (works from the office?) is considered more valuable/efficient/a better return on investment.
IMO It's easier to get a job while you're in one - so start applying now! All to gain and nothing to lose.
