AIBU to ask what you'd make for dinner with leftover chicken?

I roasted a chicken for what turned out to be a rather bland chicken salad last night, what can I do with the rest of the chicken for tea tonight? I have some wraps in the fridge, maybe something with that? Have about a fiver to spend.

Wait, only one additional meal? A whole roast chicken should do you for every evening this week, weekend lunches, soup for the rest of the year, and a snack if you're frugal

(Thai curry or quesadillas would be my choices though!)

Chicken ramen which ds loves - needs spices, some veg, ideally a chilli, an egg or two, noodles.

We’re having Thai green curry with our leftover roast chicken.

Chicken tarts

Puff pastry with tomato purée then cheese
Chicken and whatever else you have in the fridge then pop in the oven for 20-30minutes

I made chicken and chorizo paella type thing tonight with leftover roast chicken from last night's dinner. Just added some paprika and smoked paprika with veg and rice, chicken and chorizo. Add parsley and lemon juice at the end with some salt to taste.
