Just that really. She is brilliant! Does my hair exactly as I want it. Problem is, she recently moved to a different salon and now charges an extra £10.
The salon isn’t in as nice an area. The salon is basic but classy and modern(quite a new business-it’s not her salon)
AIBU to be miffed that I’m paying an extra tenner for exactly the same service??

My first salon as a qualified stylist of 6 years experience: salon charged £9 per cut.
Second salon, 7-10 years experience there: £36 per cut.
Current salon, 10-12 years experience: £55.
Ive been on the same monthly wage throughout but current salon simply charges more and I enjoy the ongoing training and hours offered.
Some of my clients have followed me since I was doing £5 cuts in their back garden as a trainee so the price has certainly jumped and will probably continue to with promotions.
