I feel like this might be a stupid post and that maybe all women experience this but when I'm on my period it's excruciatingly painful and I pass huge lumps of tissue (not clots) like the one in the picture down below. Am I the only person who experiences this. It's been happening to me for years and years.

Thanks for any help and advice and if I'm being unreasonable and this is totally normal please be kind to me 🙏🏻 xx

You’re too embarrassed to go to the doctor but you’ve posted publically in the internet? You need to address that because what happens if you get seriously ill in a ‘taboo’ place? MN won’t be able to diagnose you.

I’m an HCP. It could be 100 different things, some potentially serious, others not. You need to see a doctor.

I have also have lumps like that too with severe pain

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 22/11/2018 11:58

It's not wrong to want a warning of a photo of a blood clot ffs!

Celebelly · 22/11/2018 11:59

Zombie thread alert (and a doozy of one!)

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 22/11/2018 12:00

Bloody Zombie quite literally Hmm

Celebelly · 22/11/2018 12:01

I also think maybe the title of this should have been edited to say that it actually includes a graphic picture. A lot of people won't be put off by TMI textual matter, but opening the thread to a huge picture of a blood clot is different from reading about it (especially if you're in a public place at the time!).

Have any of the many doctors you have seen mentioned health anxiety?

(Also, posting a copy of your complaint does not act as proof of any wrongdoing, it is only proof that you complained.)

We've added an extra line to the title to make the subject of the thread clear. However, as this is a zombie thread anyway (started back in May), we're going to close it now - we don't imagine the OP needs it reactivated all these months later.
