If I say moron, idiot, cretin etc. I risk being called disablist...
So I’m basically reduced to using words like dick, twat, cock etc... which you can’t really use in polite company...

I certainly don't use " dick, twat, cock etc" because it sounds like a 7yo who just found a dictionary and looks ups the naughty words. Purile. No one ever uses those IRL past primary age. Although I like twat, twat is a good solid word, almost as good as fuckwit.
