I always get such a guilt on about phoning in sick, but I’ve been up all night feeling like the world is going to fall out of my fanny when I pee (every few minutes). Add to that stomach, back ache and shivers. I shouldn’t go should I? 
Incidentally does anyone have any remedy ideas in case I can’t get a doctors appointment. If I have any more cranberry juice I think I’ll barf.
