Somebody Has Stolen My Wheelie Bin

WTAF? The council are going to charge me £38 for a new one!

Ours was broken (one wheel fell off) so I ordered a new one on the council website - it was free.

It appeared and we put the old one out for the weeks collection and the bin men took it away.

A week later another new one appeared, I assume the bin men must have ordered it, so now we have two - been fab with all my current decluttering
