To ask for more drugs- if not, which ones?

I’m in hospital for a medically managed MMC, diagnosed at 12+4, baby made it to 12+1. I’m at peace with what has happened and prepared as much as possible but... it really fucking hurts. I have the pain threshold of a delicate toddler and had an epidural in previous pregnancy.

So far I’ve had
3:45pm MMC drugs (to force the MC, up-fanjo style)
5pm paracetamol
6:40pm coedine and more MMC drugs (orally this time)
8:30pm Liquid morphone

And it still hurts like a bastard. What can I ask for next?

No it was in liquid form which may have been a milder dose? Luckily they must have been contraction pains because I suddenly had a gush of fluid and the pressure went completely,
All done and dusted now and the worst is over (didn’t have time for the perhidine and now don’t need it)
Asked for more paracetamol so thanks for that. Pain is completely gone which is a very strange feeling!

Last month I miscarried at 12 weeks but opted for an MVA under local anesthetic as it was an MMC that wasn't progressing. I also remember that feeling of the pain stopping and want to wish you well
Ask for pain relief to take home for when the after pains start.
Get some rest as best you can and have anyone around you wait on you xx

So sorry OP however if you are on oramorph it might be worth asking for laxatives as it can play havoc with your digestive system xxx
