Jogging with a pushchair?

I've been on a fitness kick since Christmas. The eating part is going great, the exercise part, not so much. Me, DH and our 9 month old son live in a very small flat. There's no room to do any exercise, but he now gotten even harder as little one is crawling and standing up, he cries when I put him in a chair or something, he wants to be playing and crawling all day. Basically it leaves no room for me to be jumping vigorously around the living room for an hour a day.
I was thinking of taking up Jogging, but DS would have to accompany me in his pushchair. There's no local parks.
Essentially, how ridiculous would I look jogging round the streets with a push chair? I've always thought it looked a bit silly and like your permanently late for a bus. But beggars can't be choosers and I'm thinking it might be my best bet for daily activity.

My friend did this, pram tipped over a bumpy pavement and baby came out onto pavement...luckily all was fine but it was nasty shock and she stopped after that.

My fitness trainer recently did a half marathon with her 1 yo in a running buggy.

I think you really need to have a running buggy otherwise it could be quite dangerous

I run with my 8 month old but have a running buggy. You need 3 wheels with a front wheel that can be fixed and a handbrake. The original buggy runners Facebook group is helpful and there’s often ones for sale.
Happy running!

Generally advice is that you can run with babies from 6 months old (bikes from a year) it used to put mine to sleep. I never had anything but admiration from people and I’d second the recommendation for the out and about nipper.
