It's not, it's poor English. Saying it is a colloquialism, and I say it all the time, but I write 'HAVE'.

I don't think it's a colloquialism. I think it is people not pronouncing it properly and as such not realising that the correct word is have.

yes but many people write in the same way they speak, they know it's not grammatically correct, but really, in the grand scheme of things...does it matter if someone commits a grammar faux pas??
