To think NDN should tell their kids to shut up?

It's 7.53pm and I'm trying to snooze because I'm poorly and all I can hear are next doors kids and a few of their friends from the neighbourhood screaming at the top of their voices. The kids are between 8 - 10. I posted a week or so ago about them too. They're noisy and I wish they'd go inside or play quietly!

(ahem) literary devil, just to balance out the "feckless and noisy social housing tenants" trope......I just posted about our noisy neighbouring kids; well, we live in a mixed development (I'm in a HA house), and our one screamy family lives in the posh £450k house opposite.

Just saying....

Stubborn the noisy bbq family are in the private house not on the council estate. They are noisy fuckers all year. The council estate kids save all their noise for the summer. It's the screaming that's so unreasonable. Thankfully it's just in the summer.

Rain noises on youtube are good try that. I have 2 kids and do not tolerate screaming as play... my ndn fell out with me because I asked her not to teach my dd to scream on he trampoline with every bounce

Go round there and bang on the door shouting "Are you OK in there?". Keep banging until someone answers and when they do, ask them if everybody was OK, as you could hear the most terrible screaming and it sounded as if someone was being attacked.

YABU. If it was 10pm then I'd agree.

My guess is it'll be normal play screaming/shouting just based on there being a noise complaint before 8pm.

Genuine anti social screaming like mobs would be bad though.
