To ask if anyone’s taken part in a Tough Mudder before?

I’m looking into doing the Tough Mudder 5km race in London later this year, but don’t really know what I’m letting myself in for (which is probably for the best! )

Has anyone done one and survived??

DD2 is quite fit and did a 5K one today. she found it quite challenging.
