Probably a bad mum but can someone tell me what to put a ten month girl in today clothes wise? It’s the first warm day and I don’t know how many layers. 😂

Just coming on to say those flamingos are awesome and I want a pair Grin

I've got DS changed twice so far today as I progressively strip off his layers. He is not impressed Grin

I am so glad to those who posted about the one more layer thing not applying. I got in a right tizzy with it last year and the year before as I thought it should always apply but also don't want to boil my son!!

And I still have 2 year old DS in a vest, shorts and tshirt today and was feeling guilty about planning to remove the vest when he wake up (my defence: his room is quite cool and he's napping now and we went out early so it wasn't as hot then!)

Yes I ended up taking D'S to out of hours in a tizz because he developed a weird rash on a day like today. I'd dressed him in a long sleeved sleepsuit for sun protection and a vest because, well, it didn't occur to me not to put a vest underneath. The doctor just looked at me like I was mad and said "it's a heat rash. He's hot. Undress him."

I’ve sent poor DS age 2 to nursery in jeans because they looked less warm than tracksuit bottoms. The warm weather has completely surprised me. I put a pair of last years shorts in his bag just in case. They’ll probably be hot pant length.

I will be shopping for shorts and tee shirts at the weekend!

Totally unprepared for this weather! My 3 month old DS is wearing a slightly too small babygro to cover as much skin as possible and the ugliest sun hat ever! Keeping him in the shade as much as possible.

Definitely need to go summer clothes shopping this weekend as I'm in jeans Confused
