I’d love to be vegetarian but would struggle with giving up chicken How easy did other folk find the transition?

There are very few veggie options in France, Germany, Austria etc.
Thats just not true at all. Portugal and Spain are fine too so are most places!

Has she tried the goody good stuff sweets?

DD and I like them the best of all the vegetarian sweets.

I don’t understand this.

If you have a strong moral objection to eating dead animals, and believe doing so to be indefensible and wrong, why would it be difficult to stop eating them?

ParisUSM · 16/04/2018 19:49

@BonnieF not everyone who is vegetarian has a moral objection to eating animals. The OP could have all sorts of reasons for wanting to be vegetarian and I don't think they've said anything about it being 'indefensible and wrong'.

I'm vegetarian and don't think it's 'wrong' to eat animals.

Have to say on the ‘dairy is evil but so hard to give up’ front, once you’ve finally found a palatable cheese and also cracked a decent cheese sauce it does make life easier!
