To ask for recommendations of knickers that stay in the right place?

Just that really! I work long shifts on my feet in a hospital, and seem to spend a disproportionate amount of time fishing my pants out of my arse crack It doesn't particularly seem to matter which ones I'm wearing either! I tend to favour shorts style pants, my days of wearing thongs are long gone! At the same time, I'd rather avoid something which gave an obvious VPL... Any suggestions of decent brands/styles to try?

I think it depends on the shape of your bum.

As the owner of particularly well developed (albeit lazy) glutemus maximus, I need a fairly high waist and full coverage to the rear. High legs normally work. (This has the bonus that I can tuck the mum tum in too)

My bum tends to eat shorts and falls out of low rise styles.
