What to put baby in downstairs, during the day

Sorry, not aibu but posting here for traffic

Baby due early sept, most likely to be induced end of Aug.

With my other dc they used a big wicker crib on wheels thing. Family had given it to us to use as they didn't need it at that time.
Its since been returned and they got rid due to lack of space.

I dont want a moses basket as my dc are 10lb+ and want something that will be used for longer but not cost too much (is that too much to ask for lol)

For the first few weeks we just put DS in the pram carrycot. By that point he didn't want to lie down when he was awake so we spent £49 on a BabaBing rocker. It's handy because I can stick him in it and rock him with my foot while we eat dinner. Sometimes he sleeps in it for short periods. If he wants to sleep for longer I take him upstairs so I can sleep on the bed while he sleeps. I had a c-section so the bed was the only place I could rest comfortably.

Pregnancy board is rather slow and wanted more replies.

Theres a few baby events on and if I can pick something useful up cheaper before babh arrives win win situation.

Travel cot was is fine but would recommend a proper mattress for it.

@LostMyBaubles yes, that exact one. Baby asleep in it now. He sleeps better in there than in his upstairs cot. Thought they were getting discontinued though for a newer model?
