and ffs please don't ask me to sponsor you again so you can do another event. I seem to have a few friends who do a LOT of exercise. We're talking a few hours running/cycling every other day, plus gym/classes on the other days. They then talk about this A LOT and post about it on social media. You also get that impression that they are looking down their nose at you because you only do an hour of exercise 3-4 times a week. And if miss one you are told it should be a priority and you should make time. I sound very mean, but I would love to tell them to get a grip, there's more to life. And if you really feel the need please don't go on about it.

Anyone going on about anything is annoying really. I have a friend who is vegan and she goes on and on about it, it's very off-putting. My cousin bangs on about nutrition constantly, as if I have just been plucked out of the sea and plonked on the earth without any knowledge.
It is tiresome. On social media it's easy - just unfollow. In real life I take the 'mmm' approach to any conversation, but some people have a real lack of self-awareness.
