Away to move into a 3 bed detached house (built 2014 so newish)

Just wondering what people in similar houses are for their gas/leccy?

3 bed semi. Built early 60s, shit boiler (30+ years old, and we have an immersion heater), double glazing, cavity wall & loft insulation. Dual fuel is around £80 a month. It would be less but we have an electric shower.

3 bed terraced, about 15 years old, C (nearly B) for energy efficiency. Gas and electric together ~ £60 per month, although we're not using all the rooms so have some of the radiators turned off.

I should have added that we're with one of these green energy providers, so could probably get it cheaper, but we're content.
