Everytime I take DD swimming there are at least 3 different women ending up with panda eyes because they got in the pool with a full face of make up- just take it off please

Thanks for that RacheTeeth. Can safely say I'll never swim ever again Grin.

renegadebehaviour · 27/03/2018 00:13

Hmm, I'm definitely more bothered by the pubes, discharge, semen, urine, poo, skin debris, scabs, mucas, snot, plasters....if I had to choose between those and a bit of mascara I'd go with the mascara.

TeddyIsaHe · 27/03/2018 00:14

Stop!! Seriously, this is horrendous 😂

renegadebehaviour · 27/03/2018 00:15

X-post there sorry, got distracted by a cat - your list is worse Rachel Envy (not envy!)

TattyCat · 27/03/2018 00:16

Thanks for the reminder of why I never set foot in public baths!!!! Good God....

gingergenius · 27/03/2018 00:18

Could be worse. You tried the sea recently?!

Never mind make up, are people's anuses clean 😶

AbsolutelyCorking · 27/03/2018 02:01

YABU and ridiculous. Why should women who feel better wearing makeup feel they can’t swim because of your rules.

SJN71 · 27/03/2018 02:36

@RachelTeeth - just spat my coffee out snorting at your post... Grin

Personally I don’t wear makeup when I go to the pool but I couldn’t give a crap if someone else does - far too many other gross things in the pool to worry about a bit of mascara...

HuskyMcClusky · 27/03/2018 03:25

Could be worse. You tried the sea recently?!

Jesus, where do you live that the sea is dirtier than a public pool?!

HoppingPavlova · 27/03/2018 03:34

Another that is extremely amused that, of all the things in a public pool, you are worrying about make-up.

expatmatt78 · 27/03/2018 03:58

Seriously if they have panda eyes they have mascara that ain't coming off properly so you should be more worried about wee and veruccas imo

SciFiG33k · 27/03/2018 04:50

Angry couldn't care less about the makeup but with the rest of these posts I'm dreading my next swim.
OP YABVU to have started this thread.

RadioGaGoo · 27/03/2018 04:56

I see minging and rank are being thrown around again.

user1499333856 · 27/03/2018 05:20

The only answer is a private pool. Must put that on my to do list.

Silvercatowner · 27/03/2018 05:43

If swimming pools were invented now, they would never pass health and safety risk assessments.

Of all the stuff you could ingest/be saturated in you are worried about a bit of mascara??

mummyrabbitpeppapig · 27/03/2018 07:22

Oops must make new thread. Aibu to expect people to remove bum residue etc before swimming........
😆😀😁😂🤣Grin

TheHungryDonkey · 27/03/2018 08:07

Well that’s put me off swimming later. I think it’s annoying because the signs in the changing room here say shower before getting in the pool. Clearly, the showers aren’t going to remove some of the stuff mentioned, but it does say people must shower before getting in. Then peoplw emerge from the changing room bone dry. I’ve seen them get pissed off when water goes in their hair or face.

It’s not about the mascara, it’s about people who think the rules don’t apply to them. That’s annoying.

IrisAtwood · 27/03/2018 08:10

Put goggles on and swim along the floor of the pool, you’ll see plasters, pieces of shit, hair, pubes, then watch people surfacing and gobbing out water and spit, ear wax, piss, genital secretions, period blood, incontinent babies, germs and viruses, warts and veruccas all floating about in a rancid cocktail at the perfect temperature for bacteria to thrive, so a load of bleach is thrown in too. I wouldn’t go in a pool for cash.

Me neither.

museumum · 27/03/2018 08:13

My local pool is certainly not bacteria friendly temperature ❄️❄️❄️

Pengggwn · 27/03/2018 08:35

If you're a troll who just wants to talk about shitty bum holes, this was a good piece of misdirection. I take off my proverbial hat.

paxillin · 27/03/2018 13:21

Not hunting, are you, Pengggwn Shock? I agree, expertly done if that was the intention.

NellythePink · 27/03/2018 13:25

I am really upset about bum residue

HappilyHarridan · 27/03/2018 13:50

I'm fine with all of it. Swimming is fun and I haven't caught anything yet! Bit of bum residue and mascara soup never hurt anyone.
