Force breakfast cereal and that really dark, sticky chocolate spread that cake in a white plastic tub

Maryannesingleton · 25/03/2018 15:40

Happy faces

WhiskeySourpuss · 25/03/2018 15:49

The original Milky Way before they changed it to that white guff in the middle & Cadbury flyte which was almost the same but didn't last long

TheDuchessofDukeStreet · 25/03/2018 15:49

Re Rosemary shampoo, Faith in Nature do quite a nice one. But I agree, not the same.

CoffeenoTea · 25/03/2018 15:53

cartoonies sre 59p in homebargains my desk draw is stuffed full of them.

Dream bar and Cadbury chocolate covered hazlenuts.

Bluesheep8 · 25/03/2018 15:55

M and S count on us "jacket potato with butter" flavoured crisps....oh how I miss those!

loveablether · 25/03/2018 15:55

Paul Newman's salad dressing with the seeds in it - it was amazing

GrockleBocs · 25/03/2018 15:56

What were those chocolate mousses that used to come in 4s like yoghurts? Began with a C. Wouldn't mind one of those occasionally.

Bluesheep8 · 25/03/2018 15:56

And yy to a pp - flyte bars are sadly missed too!

Smile1978 · 25/03/2018 16:01

Entermans carrot cake that was in a foil tray and white box.Loved the frosting on this cake

DwangelaForever · 25/03/2018 16:47

@Purplerain101 UK cadburys have a tiffin bar Available at the minute (my local Tesco sell it and they only sell U.K. Cadbury's) but it doesn't have a patch on the proper tiffin 😍 even the biscuit and grape bits taste different

Ninoo25 · 25/03/2018 16:48

Ice Magic - the chocolate sauce that sets hard when you pour it on ice cream 😊

bananasandwicheseveryday · 25/03/2018 16:59

Yes, to Old English Spangles - a real treat.
When I was a little girl, my great grandad bought me my first ever box of chocolates. It was Milk Tray and contained a barrel shaped chocolate full of a thick lime cordial liquid. I can taste it now, over 50 years later and still the k it was the best chocolate in a boxed selection ever!

The makers of Dime bars used to make something called a Delight bar - chocolate outside with a creamy centre that was cool in your mouth. Yummy.

Keilninnock · 25/03/2018 17:02

E numbers. Orange isn't orange without themSmile

bananasandwicheseveryday · 25/03/2018 17:02

Oh, and Phineas Fogg Shanghai nuts. Sadly discontinued. Tesco's had something that looked similar at Christmas, but it didn't come close to the original.

EnglandKeepMyBones · 25/03/2018 17:03

I'd forgotten about Cadbury marbles. They were amazing.

Chicago town hot pockets need to be brought back.

Clevs · 25/03/2018 17:14

A couple more from me:

Chunky Milky Bars
White chunky Kit Kats (think they were limited edition)
Caramac chunky Kit Kats (also limited edition)
Mint chunky Kit Kats (I'm sure these won 'vote for a new flavour' once but didn't last long).
M&S Waffle crisps - ready salted waffle shaped crisps that graced our Christmas buffet table every year.
Coca Cola Life (green label) - this was brought out a couple of years ago and was the best lower sugar drink they do but didn't last for some reason.

Tomorrowillbeachicken · 25/03/2018 17:14

Pretty sure I saw white chocolate kit kats in b n m recently.

Thingsthatgo · 25/03/2018 17:23

The old Walkers smokey bacon crisps.
Quirks (bit like smarties but the shell was minty and the chocolate was dark)

Thingsthatgo · 25/03/2018 17:24

Oh and c-vit. It was like ribena but much better.

angryburd · 25/03/2018 17:25

@grocklebocs

Was it Chambourcy or something? Had a logo that was a daisy or some other kind of flower? I just had major childhood flashbacks.

FailingMotherhood · 25/03/2018 17:25

Old recipe Dairy Milk, with the block segments (see also Cadburys Caramel... or most Cadburys stuff, tbh)

Spira bars

Findus Crispy Pancakes (which I'm pretty sure are actually rank, but nostalgia!)

Vice Versas

TacoFlavouredKisses · 25/03/2018 17:36

Entenmann's carrot cake that came in a foil tray Sad

TacoFlavouredKisses · 25/03/2018 17:39

I was going to say Zzap ice lollies but Google suggests they're still about... has anyone seen them in the shops?! 🙏

GrockleBocs · 25/03/2018 17:45

angry I think you're right or at least close. :) Thanks!
