The Speakmans? I don't get what they do.

Fears and phobias are irrational and they just seem to appeal to your logical mind to combat them.

I don't get what methodology they use and I'm sure people just go along and agree with them to get away.

What they do doesn't make sense to me what am I missing?

I went to see them for some help in can confirm they are not helpfull whats so ever I won't go into detail but say it was the worst experience of my life seeing them

I went to see them, totally terrible experience made me worse they are not helpful,

@RadioDorothy I had a 40 year phobia and after watching them on telly treat a woman with a similar one I am 'cured.' Took all of 5 mins.

Well I'm sorry I posted on an old podt didn't realise i had to look at the date and not reply, so Is there a rule on how long I'm not allowed to reply on something?.?
