I really need advice please. I have a 16, 15 and 11 year old. I work full time doing shift work so 7-3 or 2-10. I only do one 2-10 a week.

I came home from work a few weeks ago and their was an eviction notice from my housing association. I called up and they said it was because I’m not living there. I am!

Well today my two daughters have been pulled from lessons to discuss my apparent neglect towards them. Someone has reported to the housing that I’m still not living with my children and the housing have called the school and social services.

All I do it work and come home. I won’t even go for cups of tea to my friends because since the abuse ended I’ve become a hermit. I have cctv surrounding my property that the police installed but no monitors, it’s done box in my attic.

I’m at my wits end with this and I just don’t know what to do? Is there any agencies I can get in touch with to help?

(This is after over a decade of rape, domestic and mental abuse) I just want to be left alone to bring up my children

I feel like I'm under constant attack from various agencies. I proved to social services that I'm a good parent and they signed me off with no concerns.

Do I have to sit in my front garden so everyone knows that I live here? How the hell can I prove I do?

What did your dc say to whoever questioned them at school? Surely they will see the CCTV with all your comings and goings and be satisfied with that.

My friend went through something very similar, although her dc were younger, and it was her exh that had reported her. SS turned up unannounced to visit and also went to the school to see dc.everythnig was fine though.

mobile phone records will show your movements and show that you spend time ther. Get in touch with your network provider

Fingers crossed for you OP. It sounds like an awful situation but stay strong Flowers

The housing officer is due to come to my house at 2pm. I've not slept and I feel sick with worry.

She's going to go door to door in my cul-de-sac to make enquiries. I feel so embarrassed.

Like I've said in previous posts. I was in a long term violent relationship where my every move was watched and dictated and I feel the exact same way that I did back then.

I called the housing the other day and a new claim of I mustn't be living here is because the curtains don't seem to move?? What the actual hell!

I feel like just packing a bag and walking away. Somebody wants my house and they're going the right way of getting it.

@tinkerbellax if you have a phone with google maps on, it tracks you everywhere you go. You can use this to show your work-home-work-home routine pretty much to the day dot.

Instructions for an Android model (or search for your own phone)
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Maps app .
Tap Menu Your timeline .
Find the wrong place on your timeline and tap it.
Tap Edit.
From the bottom, tap the correct place. Or scroll to the bottom and tap Search for a place.
To edit when you were there, tap the time.

@shotsfired you are a genius! I didn't even think about that.
I've just checked mine and all it shows is home and work for months Smile

Gringlad it worked!

How did the visit go?

tinkerbellax · 29/03/2018 14:59

They believe me Smile
They can't tell me who complained but they did mention it's because I look so young that I look like a teenager which is funny because I'm 35.

They've also said they're going to help me with debts and things and the woman was so nice. I cried a lot too Sad

Ah that's fab, I'm so pleased for you @tinkerbellax!

Wasn't me though, you had the clear benefit of the truth and common sense on your side all the time.

Happy Easter! Grin
