  • not to want to get hayfever in Wilkinsons?

-to want Tesco to swap switching the escalators round so I know which way is up?

-to want shops to sell white ankle socks?

-to want those people doing the home shopping in Tescos not to block the aisles with their big trolleys
whilst they discuss their night out?(it did sound like a good one though )

-to want shops to sell kids swimming costumes not bikinis?

-to want to be able to find the jam/tissues/raspberries in Tesco without asking 4 asssistants?

-to expect my plants not to fall off the windowsill?

-to want the internet to load first time and not third?

-to expect my tesco trolley not to have bits dropping off it in the car park, espcially when
some idiot is trying to run me over?

-to expecat Tesco to charge me the right amount so I don't have to go to Customer services?

-to want to eat all the chocolate in Tesco ?

Well the first think your doing wrong here is shopping in Tescos!

Rachmumoftwo · 08/05/2007 14:28

I do feel sorry for you but thank you for making me laugh and cheering me up as I sit here reading threads on mumsnet instead of studying for my exams which start on Thursday! x

majorstress · 08/05/2007 15:02

I have an overstuffed "oubliette" under the stairs too, sharing space with all the cardboard and plastic I am trying to figure out how to recycle.

Thanks for the link on another thread about the silver eco school awards. Blimey, it sound hard-think I'll give up for the time being and go back to figuring out how to go back to work full time-to heck with shopping, schools the planet and plants too.

MrsWho · 08/05/2007 19:12

Well this afternoon, dd1 spilt a full pint of milk on me , I knocked a full bag of raisins on the floor under the fridge and my chocolate got water in when I was making crispie cakes

Majorstress-We do the eco-schools thing as a matter of course now though.BUt we are a special school on a special life skills curriculum so recycling comes into that (it is also findingway round school/using local facilities /walking to the centre/getting a permit for the recycling centre [grr])

and all my recycling is overunning the kitchen , think I am going to try and con the council into giving me another box as 2 are full and I have another 2 stacking boxes full

It sounds like you have done an awful lot today Mrs Who. No wonder you have had a few mis-haps! Try and be a bit less active tommorrow.

MrsWho · 08/05/2007 20:28

Hey I spent the afternoon on here! Then did my ebay, baked with kids then XH came so I pottered and tried to look busy (hence the raisins!)

Am now ebaying again!

OP posts:
MorocconOil · 09/05/2007 13:16

You sound alot calmer than yesterday, but am still pretty impressed by the level of activity.

MrsWho · 09/05/2007 13:37

OP posts:
MorocconOil · 09/05/2007 13:44

The gym class sounds pretty active.

MrsWho · 09/05/2007 13:57

OP posts:
MorocconOil · 09/05/2007 14:10

I wonder why you were overheating then. Was the room hot?

MrsWho · 09/05/2007 14:27

Feeling a bit rough now too.HAve to go for kids soon though and need to get changed as have been on here since I cam back

OP posts:
MrsWho · 09/05/2007 16:29

Be careful walking from pool to changing rooms incase you slip!!And make sure you don't lose the key to your locker as that could make you even more

theUrbanDryad · 09/05/2007 16:40

MrsWho - is there any possibility you could be pg?????????????

MrsWho · 09/05/2007 17:14

MrsWho · 09/05/2007 20:35

They didn't have dd2s size either. Its not like she is a strange size either!

I did get some from Tesco so will just have to kepp on top of my washing (yeah right ) and she can wear coloured ones at the w/e

OP posts:
MrsWho · 10/05/2007 21:24
