Ack I have just read he has been done for drink driving did he knock the child over or was she in the car ? No no sympathy for a drink driver what a stupid thing to do.

ilovegin112 · 18/03/2018 22:42

What a prick if he’s done that

ilovegin112 · 18/03/2018 22:45

I wonder how itv will turn this around? I predict 6 months and he will be doing the I’ve let everyone done interviews again

leccybill · 18/03/2018 22:47

Oh Ant, what a massive massive dickhead.

Why didn't he just get a cab?

Reckon that's the last we've seen of this series of SNT - he'll be rushed off to rehab asap.

ferriswheel · 18/03/2018 22:57

Will they not have to complete the series without him?

What a mess.

OP posts:
givemesteel · 18/03/2018 23:02

I don't know really, I don't watch anything they present.

I do like them though, I'm mid 30s and I feel like I've grown up with them. We're just trundling towards middle age together.

I remember when PJ "went blind" in byker grove. I have never been paintballing and didn't like it the couple of times dh has gone, and tried to persuade him that laser quest is a credible alternative.

scotchpie · 18/03/2018 23:03

They are rubbish, outdated and not funny.

Although, I did enter the competition for the finale in Florida so I hope it carry's on not sure how ITV can support Ant if the article is true

LizzieSiddal · 18/03/2018 23:17

There no way he’ll be on tv for the rest of the series. How can he possibly stand there making jokes when he’s done this?

I wonder wtf they will do though? What A prat he is!

Redglitter · 18/03/2018 23:37

I can't see them doing the show without him. I reckon they'll just pull the rest of the series

demirose87 · 18/03/2018 23:45

I think it's all just an act with them and they are not the characters everyone seems to love. I reckon Dec is alright but I don't like Ant.

Curtainshopping · 19/03/2018 06:56

Imagine the meetings at ITV this morning. Having to take your flagship Saturday night show off air and find something to replace it.

UnicornRainbowColours · 19/03/2018 06:59

He’ll be there next week. Are you kidding me. these people get away with everything. Getting fed up of this poor ant know. My step cousin injured his knee very badly on a ski trip. he’s not a drug addled drunk driver. Sad as I love ant and Dec but he could of killed a child so I’m over that now!

SouthWestmom · 19/03/2018 07:13

I reckon they'll use Stephen mulhern and Dec this week to give some space and then he'll be back

Curtainshopping · 19/03/2018 08:13

They might get away with things from their employers for whom they’re a cash cow but you think the police are going to let him off a drink driving charge because he’s famous?

LizzieSiddal · 19/03/2018 08:29

And I can’t see the audience cheering and laughing at his jokes when there’s a 3 year old in hospital.

KittenBeast · 19/03/2018 09:08

Curtainshopping - probably, yes. It's how things work, unfortunately.

insancerre · 19/03/2018 11:28

I gel a bit sorry for Dec now
Not having enough talent to be successful in your own right

ShatnersWig · 19/03/2018 11:34

MrsJayy Ack I have just read he has been done for drink driving did he knock the child over or was she in the car ?

If you'd read an article you'd know he has been arrested at the scene of a crash for failing the breath test. He has not be "done" yet. Nor was the child knocked over.

Lizzie The three year old is NOT in hospital. She was taken there for a check-up as a precaution, not admitted, nor still there.

WallisFrizz · 19/03/2018 12:19

Well that’s alright then, put him back on light entertainment tv immediately Hmm

whampiece · 19/03/2018 12:21

He’ll be there next week. Are you kidding me. these people get away with everything

How is being charged with drink driving 'getting away with' anything?

ShatnersWig · 19/03/2018 12:22

I never said that Wallis and you know it. Quite frankly, as I don't watch their stuff, I couldn't give a shiny shit. I am appalled at a lot of people who seem to be all "there, there, he's got demons, he needs more rehab, I hope he gets it, I luffs him, he'll be back once it's all sorted out" on social media when you know damn well if it was some random person and not a TV celebrity they'd be saying the total opposite.

What I do give a shiny shit about - whether it's this story or any other news story - is people being accurate, so at least they can comment on facts.

TheWhiteCliffs · 19/03/2018 12:40

Have you all never made a mistake in your lives?

He's dealing with a mental health issue.
And a nasty divorce.

He was over from the previous night so he's not gone out drink driving on purpose.

The little girl wasn't hurt, it was a precautionary visit to hospital, I imagine she will still have a chunk of money going her way anyway.

PortiaCastis · 19/03/2018 12:47

What a knob and a pillock I hope they throw the book at the little scrote, no excuse for drunk driving

ShatnersWig · 19/03/2018 12:51

White Presumably exactly the same as Kirsty Gallagher was?
