It's a parking one!

Get the popcorn out and settle in, ladies!
Right.. We have recently started renting a house. Every house has an allocated parking space. This is in a small sort-of car park, accessed from the road, which is at the end of a cul de sac. The issue is, one of the neighbours has a second car and parks it by the wall of the car park, directly in front of our space. Their allocated space is next to ours, and someone else has a space on the other side. The presence of this car is making it impossible for me to reverse in. Husband can but has to go very slowly. I think they are cheeky fuckers and the car should be moved. We risk pranging it when we drive in. My argument is that if you want two cars, live in a place with two spaces or park on the street (several streets over). My husband is more sympathetic. Thoughts please?

YANBU - ok, it might be possible to carefully manoeuvre your car into your space but why should you? They're clearly obstructing your space. Op, I'd be tempted to start parking my car where the red car is.

Saabs can be awkward to park at times. Titty What is wrong with a white/cream Saab? Mine is from the UK, and I have it in Belgium and it will go back to the UK with me next year. Superb cars; we are on our 5th and 6th. I love them.

That would piss me off.

We have a similar situation in that a van parks in a non space in our carpark and effectively removes the turning space by doing so. So I have to either reverse blind around a long corner, or do lots of little moves to get out. Pisses me off every single day.
