To be fed up with MN aggressive responses?

Now don't get me wrong. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and this should be a place where we can all offer advice and support based on said opinions. But AIBU to feel like things are getting way too out of control aggressive? Instead of 'well I do not agree with PP views' it turns into 'PP is completely stupid/ridiculous/shit parent/cruel for suggesting such a thing' etc.

Does anyone else feel like this? And can this be one thread where no one gets flamed please?

No one gets flamed? What are you the thread police? Grin

I agree every thread is serious these day, and not just in AIBU.

It's been spilling over into chat and other subjects for years, but now when I can't tell the difference between chat and AIBU.

Completely agree with you. Unfortunately people are bold since they're protected by anonymity

TreesAgreen - lol thread police 😂. Was more just hoping this thread wouldn't descend into a slagging match like ooo... 95% of other threads i've seen this week. Makes me not want to post a question as I don't want to get the 'your parenting skills are shit you should be doing what I do' response and I'm hesitant in offering advice because, inevitably, someone doesn't agree with it and again... slagging match sigh
