To be in a foul mood due to a vivid dream?

I forgot this happened in pregnancy and last night I had the most horrific dream that my husband was cheating on me - complete with texts emails and a full image of what she looks like and her name - and after discovering that I proceeded to lose the baby.

I had an awful nights sleep last night as a result and am biting everyone's head off.

AIBU to be in a foul mood after a dream like that?

I was going to marry Prince Harry (I think I went dress shopping with my best friend and Kate?). Woke up to remember that this couldn't be possible as he's marrying Meghan... and that I'm married with a son and another due imminently.

I've never fancied Prince Harry!

I had a dream recently that I had done something really terrible. I don't even want to say what I did because it was so awful (even though I never have and never would do anything like it in real life). It really disturbed me that my subconscious would have come up with that and I felt guilty for days.

I much prefer the dreams where I am the wronged party and just feel a bit angry when I wake up!

Very normal, OP. I've definitely woken up off kilter from vivid dreams, in a couple of cases I've been distraught and it's taken me a while to get on with my day.

Ex bfs mum once woke up livid with his dad/her husband. They NEVER rowed but he'd been horrible to her in her dream and she wouldn't forgive him and refused to talk to him all day! He had no idea what he was supposed to have done and was in total shock.
