AIBU re cooking sausages

I have got to the ripe old age of 57 without realising you can cook sausages in the oven!

No more being spat at by hot fat as sausages burn (sorry cook). What else have I missed?

I Cook Salmon in the microwave - 2/3 mins with kitchen roll on top and it’s done!

Me too Pippa. It's my go to dinner if I'm in late in with DS. He likes it with avocado, tomatoes and mash!
