Cards only addressed to boyfriend/husband?!

This is annoying me, perhaps I’m just being silly. Have received a number of cards recently and they aren’t addressed to me just my partner... they were for moving. That’s odd, isn’t it?

Is it his first home? Ie first bought property. Or first time living out of parents? Maybe they just want to commend him on moving out.

Now that you’re living together don’t get chumped into being responsible for remembering, choosing, buying and sending cards for his relatives birthdays/Christmas/etc.

No, he moved out over a decade ago.

Congratulating one person when it was a joint purchase? Putting both names doesn’t imply they’re joint at the hip.

My FIL likes to always write Mr and Mrs DH first name DH last name, apparently I don't have a name. Been married 21 years.
