To think that people who don't clean up after their dogs don't really deserve to live.

I know I'm not aibu. Or maybe wishing death is being unreasonable, although in this case I don't think so. I am so fed up of dog shit. On Friday I got home from a dog walk to find dog shit embedded in my boots. Yesterday at the park my toddler fell over into dog shit, luckily just on his knee rather than his hands. I've just got in the car from a walk on the beach to, you guessed it, sandy dog shit on my boots.

If you are a dog shit leaver, I'm sure you won't comment. But let me tell you - you are an awful, lazy person and should feel crap about yourself. I know picking it up isn't fun, I do it everyday when walking my dog. But it's part of what it fucking means to have one.

There are about 8.5 million pet dogs in the UK. If each shits twice a day and the owner bags and bins then that's 17 million plastic bags full of shit going to landfill each day. Or 6.2 billion per year.

Even biodegradable bags have trouble breaking down in landfill due to lack of oxygen.

Is nobody worried by this?

It's vile and I've noticed it happening more just on our street recently. Just over the weekend my toddler daughter has stood in two separate piles of poo left on grass verges near our house and I'm fucking sick of it. Dirty lazy bastards.

It is unbelievably irresponsible and I can't express how angry it makes me. My children play rugby on a council pitch and people regularly walk their dogs over it and let them crap all over it. TBH even if they pick up there must be some residue so I don't think they should walk their dogs on the actual pitch at all.
