Meal ideas which don't require an oven

Our oven is broken, and I love roasts! Im so sick of cooking pasta / currys / stir fry every night. Meal ideas which don't involve an oven, please?

In the meantime
Gammon joint simmered on the top of the stove with water/herbs/carrot/celery leaves. Serve it sliced hot with mash and cabbage and maybe parsley sauce or mustard sauce. Left overs can be used in risotto or for sandwiches, and the stock (cooking liquid) for soup.

Paella makes a change from risotto, chop up the chicken to speed up cooking.

Irish stew and dumplings, grand for a winter dinner. You could make that in your pressure cooker.

Beef stir fry with shitake mushrooms and rice
Pan fried lamb steaks with garlic, rosemary and red wine sauce, mash and green beans
Soup
Any stew you would put in the oven can also be made on the stovetop
