We're supposed to be leaving tomorrow, just noticed this. Feel like such a dick.
Will I be refused boarding?

We spoke to someone at Maldives Immigration, he said that we won't have a problem. We're transiting in Dubai where apparently you only need three months to transit. I guess it's just whether or not the airline stop us at this end.

This happened to me when I flew to Malaysia. They stopped me at the gate. I was only one day short of 6 months, so the airline let me on the plane (but said they really shouldn't have!). Anyway I got to customs in Malaysia and they didn't bat an eyelid. So it was fine in the end, but it was very nerve wracking and had I known before I left, I'd have tried to sort a new passport!

Call Emirates too, is what I recommend.
Enjoy your holiday.
