Decided I'm going to join a slimming group this week. Could do with losing a good couple of stone and simply can not do it alone. Which one is best SW or WW ? Tried researching and SW seems to sound good but unrealistic. I can't see me losing weight with the amounts you can eat !! and WW seems a bit complicated Shock !! What to do ? What do you folks reckon ?

a muller light yoghurt has one gram less of sugar than a Wispa.

i had to cut the sugar the second time or i wouldnt lose.

The reason SW do low syn/ high sugar suggestions is because they know that when you hit target and go onto the maintenance plan there is a chance you may gain because of all the sugar you are ALREADY taking in from things like muller lights or hifi bars. Ergo...........repeat custom!

Rebelfit sounds ok but at £36 a month it is unrealistic for those on JSA or UC and it is low income groups who are more affected by obesity.

Do you mean 10g of sugar less than a wispa? A 39g wispa bar has 19g of sugar whereas a muller light is 7g per 100g.

Hang on: you can still get Wispas?
